Kashmir University organised a grand musical event celebrating the poetic and spiritual legacy of noted poet, Sufi ascetic and musician Ameer Khusru at Ibn-e-Khaldun auditorium of Allama Iqbal Library.

Sufi singer Vusat Iqbal Khan presented the Kalam of Amir Khusru. Registrar of the University Prof Nasir Iqbal was the Chief Guest while as the Director of Global Sufi Foundation Ajmer Syed Riyazuddin Chisti was the guest of honour. The Programme was organised by Sheikh-ul-Alam Centre for Multidisciplinary Studies in collaboration with Pran Kishore Institute of Music & Fine Arts and Allama Iqbal Library.
